摘要
采用人工大鼠腹腔注射L-甲状腺素3周、4周不等,发现实验组大鼠心肌细胞线粒体内有大量Ca2+沉淀物积聚,多呈弥漫性散在分布,亦可沿线粒体嵴呈线样排列。结果提示:细胞内Ca2+积聚和异常分布与细胞损害程度密切相关。
A total of 24 wistar rats were divided
into four groups: two experimental and two control groups. The myocardial hypertrophy was
induced in experimental rats by daily injections peritoneally of L thyroxine (1 0 mg/kg/day) for
3 or 4 weeks. Using the histochemical localization of Ca 2+ under electron microscope,
combined with microanalysis by electronprobe, we observed that Ca 2+ accumulation in
myocytes mitochondria of experimental rats was increased obviously. The results suggest that
damage of cardiac myocytes is closely related to Ca 2+ accumulation and abnormal
distribution in the cells.
