摘要
运用有限元理论及相关软件,从金属切削的实际出发,对整体硬质合金立铣刀进行了有效分析。在利用ANSYS软件进行分析的过程中,通过对立铣刀切削刃局部面域施加变载荷面力,模拟了刀具真实切削过程中切削力的瞬态变化,替代了接触分析的过程;结合ANSYS的分析数据,给出了证实性图形及应力曲线,充分展示了螺旋角对刀具应力分布的影响。
This article utilized the finite element theory and the related software to carry on the effective analysis to the whole hard alloy end milling cutter from metal cutting's reality. In the process of analysis using ANSYS software ,by exerting changing load on the end milling cutter,it has simulated the transient change of cutting force in the real cutting process. Bonding the final data of ANSYS,it has given the confirmation graph and the curve of stress,has fully demonstrated the influence of the helical angle on the cutting tool stress distribution.
