摘要
在数控加工过程中,为了获得较高的加工精度和较好的表面质量,在实际加工之前评价加工参数的合理性具有重要意义。铣刀加工时,在步进方向产生行间残留,同时由铣刀切削刃的间断分布,在进给方向上还会产生扇形残留。以鼓形刀为例建立加工模型,主要研究鼓形刀切削刃的真实运动轨迹以及每齿进给量、鼓形刀半径和鼓形刀切削刃数对扇形残留高度的影响,使用MATLAB软件进行加工仿真,并分析以上因素与扇形残留高度的关系,为评价鼓形刀加工参数的合理性提供了一定依据。
In the process of NC machining,in order to obtain higher machining accuracy and better surface quality,it is of great significance to evaluate the rationality of machining parameters before actual machining.During milling,due to the discontinuous distribution of the cutting edge of the milling cutter,the inter-row residue occurs in the step direction,and the fan-shaped residue also occurs in the feed direction.Taking the barrel cutter as an example,the machining model is established,and the real motion trajectory of the cutting edge of the barrel cutter and influence of feed per tooth,the radius and cutting edge number of the barrel cutter on the fan-shaped residual height are studied.The machining simulation is carried out by using MATLAB,and the relationship between the above factors and the fan-shaped residual height is analyzed,which could provide a basis for evaluating the rationality of the machining parameters of the barrel cutter.
