摘要
本文从"试验区"建设为成华区带来的机遇与挑战入手,根据主成分分析及面板数据分析结果,结合定性分析结论,提出在统筹城乡背景下提升中心城区经济综合竞争力,应从正确把握区域特色产业入手,努力打造城乡产业融合新局面;以体现空间协调发展理念为重点,着力培育区域可持续发展实力;以加强区域形象宣传为方法,切实提升区域软实力;同时,积极探索区域合作和产业分工新内容,真正实现成华"开创新天地、塑造新形象、实现新跨越"的发展目标。
Starting from an analysis of the challenges and opportunities brought by the experimental zone in Chenghua District, the authors of this article have put forward some construction of economy thoughts on how to enhance the comprehensive economy competitiveness of the metropolis districts under the context of balancing urban and rural development. Based on detailed analysis of the main elements and faceplate data, the authors have drawn a conclusion of qualitative analysis that the following works should be done in order to promote a great-leap-for-ward development in Chenghua District： to coordinate development of industries in urban and rural areas with regional features, to maintain a sustainable development based on the concepts of coordinating different regions, to enhance the soft power by improving the images of urban and rural areas and to update regional cooperation and rational division of labor.
