摘要
本文在理解环境与学习环境概念的基础上,讨论了远程学习环境的基本要素、文化挑战和管理指向,从环境适应观的角度,描述了环境管理的基本阶段,并就虚拟学习环境的管理问题,以远程学习环境的基本要素和环境管理的基本阶段为思考维度,建构了环境管理方法矩阵,以期为远程学习者实施学习环境管理提供一种有意义的参考。
Based on understanding the concepts of environment and learning environment, this paper discusses the basic elements, cultural challenges and the objectives of environmental management, describes the basic sections of environmental management from the perspectives of environmental adaptation. Focusing on the virtual learning environmental management, it constructs the matrix of ways of environmental management by integrating the basic elements of distance learning environment and the basic sections of environmental management as dimensions of thinking. It tries to provide a kind of meaningful ways for distance learners to manage learning environment effectively and efficiently.
