摘要
Web2.0时代,随着网络技术的发展,人们的学习方式也发生了很大的变化,从单一的集中式的正式学习过渡到了以正式和非正式学习并存的时代。大量社会性软件的涌现,使学习者进行非正式学习越来越容易,人们的学习越来越向学习的"长尾"延展,人们之间基于学习的交流会更加广泛,这无论对个体的提升、教育的革新还是整个社会的发展,都是有促进意义的。本文从长尾理论出发,着重探讨长尾理论与非正式学习的联系以及如何从长尾出发来进行非正式学习。
At the ages of Web2.0, along with the technical development of network, the way of people' s learning changes greatly. It transferred from the formal study of single and concentrated type to the one with the formal and informal learning kept both. A great deal of social software flow out. It makes learner's informal learning more and more easy. People' s learning expands toward the "long tail" of the study gradually. And people's communication based on learning would be wider. These are very meaningful for promotion of individuals, educational innovation and the development of whole society. This article sets out from the long tail theory, emphasizing the relation of the long tail theory and informal learning and how to proceed informal learning from long tail theory.
