经济发展的绿色化趋势必然影响到建筑业企业的经营和市场竞争。我国建筑业企业绿色竞争力来源于外在的制度变革和企业自主创新能力的增强。坚持可持续发展战略,优化税收政策、产业政策和建筑业企业的经济行为,能有效提高我国建筑业企业绿色竞争力。
The greenish competition of the economic development will interfere with the business and the competition of the building industry. The competitive force of green comes from the reform of institutions and the self-innovation of the building enterprises. To raise the green competition competence of the construction enterprises effectively in China is to persist in the sustainable development strategy, optimizing the tax poliey, the industry policy and the economic conduct of the construction enterprises.
