摘要
企业绿色经营管理模式是我国企业实现可持续发展的必然选择。构建我国企业绿色经营管理模式的主要对策和措施是:制定企业绿色发展战略,推行企业绿色管理,建立企业环境管理体系,加强技术创新、产品开发、生产和营销过程的绿色化管理,大力倡导绿色消费,尽快制定绿色优惠政策和相关法规等。
This paper analyzes the main contents of green operation and management mode of enterprises, points out that this mode is the necessary choice for the enterprises in our country to keep sustainable development. With regard to the current status of the enterprises in our country and the problems that need to be solved badly, the main countermeasures and measures to build up the green management mode of enterprises in our country are studied in detail. They are to work out green development strategy, set up enterprise environment management system, strengthen green management in technical innovation, products development, and in process of production, sales, call for green consumption, and draw up green preferential policies and related regulations, etc. as soon as possible.
