摘要
研究了淀粉及其废弃物的利用价值.淀粉是人类生命活动中不可缺少的组成部分.淀粉的加工产品及其衍生物产品已在不同领域中得到了广泛的研究和应用.玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉加工过程中的废水、废渣成分复杂,营养丰富,对其研究和利用,不仅可变废为宝,而且还会减少环境污染.
Starch is indispensable to life in human's daily activities. It is widely accepted that the processed starch products and those of starch derivatives have been studied and used in different fields. Corn starch wastes and potato starch wastes which are very common contain complicated nutritious elements. Therefore, it is meaningful and of great economic value to study the starch wastes while retrieving them to cause the slightest environmental pollution during the starch processing.
