摘要
结合上海市合流污水治理一期工程彭越浦泵站中的变频调速机组情况,阐述了变频调速机组变速调优、节省能源的原理;根据理论推导和现场测试数据确定了变频调速机组调优运行方案.分析了理论最佳调优转速与实际最优转速之间差异的原因.对上述泵站究竟是采用变频调速电机还是采用有级变速电机进行了对比分析.
This paper introduces the optimal operation princeples of the pump units with speed regulation by varying current frequency for the Pengyuepu Pumping Station, the first phase project of Shanghai confluent wastewater disposal project. A feasible optimal operation program of the pump units is proposed according to the result of theoretical calculation and prototype tests. The difference between the theorelical optimal speed and the optimal speed is studied.
