摘要
促红细胞生成素(Epo)不仅影响红系细胞,而且是一种多功能的营养因子。在神经发育过程中Epo及其受体的表达显著改变。脑缺血时,Epo的生成量成倍增加,发挥抗炎、增强NO扩血管的作用,并促进血管新生,在缺血部位建立侧枝循环,有助于改善局部缺血状况,对神经元起保护作用。此外Epo还能促进神经元增生。
Erythropoietin(Epo) has effects on the cells of erythroid, and it's a multifunctional nutrition factor also. The expression of Epo and its receptor will change remarkably in the development of nervous system. When the cerebra is blood lacking, the creation of Epo will increase in gemination. Epo has effects on anti_inflammation, and it can boost up the enlarging veins effects of NO. Epo can accelerate the renascence of veins and build up side-branch circulation in the blood lacking place, that can help to improve the situation of local blood lacking and protect the neurons. Epo can improve the hyperplasia of neurons.
