酰基吡唑啉酮缩氨基硫脲Ni(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅲ)配合物的合成、表征及生物活性 被引量:7

摘要  合成了含硫席夫碱1-苯基-3-甲基-4-(α-呋喃甲酰基)吡唑啉酮-5缩氨基硫脲(HL)及其Ni(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅲ)配合物.元素分析及摩尔电导率表明,新配合物的组成为[NiL2]·C2H5OH,[CoL2]Cl·H2O,[CrL2]Cl·1/2H2O.运用红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱和磁矩对配合物进行了表征.抗菌实验表明,配合物具有较强的抗菌生物活性. A new Schiff base containing sulphur,l-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(α-furoyl)pyrazolone-5-thiosemicarbazne(HL)and its Ni(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅲ)and Cr(Ⅲ) complexes have been synthesized.On the basis of elemental analysis and molar conductance,the general formula of the complexes,·C_2H_5OH,Cl·H_2O and Cl·1/2H_2O,was given.They were characterized by IR,UV-visible,~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR and magnetic moments.The results show that the metal ions exhibit six-coordinate and may adopt octahedron geometry in the complexes.The antibacterial test results indicate that they have high antibacterial activities against S. aureus,B.subtillis,E.coli,E.carotovora,and C.flaccumfaciens.
