摘要
研究了跨流域调水工程投资分摊应遵循的原则,提出了投资分摊的两种数学模型,并进行了实例验证.实例表明上述数学模型操作简便、成果合理,具有应用价值.
The paper proposes the principle of cost allocation of interbasin water transfer project and establishes two mathematic models.The mathematic models are testified well operated and reasonable by the illustration.They are of applicable value.
