摘要
大型炼油化工工程项目管理中,"文档控制"是重要的、不可缺少的管理模块,是工程项目各单元要素信息通道的枢纽,其职能是对工程项目进度和计划中产生关键作用的各类文件进行跟踪、采集、对比、分析、综合、分配和监控、报警,使工程项目的指挥与设计部门及时发现问题,采取应急措施和计划调节,保证工程项目按照设计、计划和质量要求顺利实施。
In the management of large scale oil refining and chemical project, document control is an important and essential part of management, is the information center of various unit factors of the project, its function is to follow, collect, contrast, analyze, synthesize, assign, control and alarm the various documents which play key functions in project progress and planning, so that the directing and designing＇department can find out problems timely, and take emergency measures and adjust plan to ensure the project to go smoothly according to design, plan, and quality requirement.
