摘要
在国际工程承包项目中,信息文档管理是项目管理的重要组成部分,但是,对于正在努力开拓国际市场的成长中的国内承包企业来说,信息文档管理尚属陌生领域,仍处于学习探索阶段。信息文档管理的环节包括信息的获取、处理、传递和存储,项目信息文档管理者在具体项目运行过程中应围绕这些重要环节展开工作。文章结合苏丹管道项目的施工实例,介绍了在项目实施过程中信息文档管理的基础工作和一些先进的信息文档管理的模式和方法。
Information documentation management includes information acquirement treatment transfer and storage.Combining with the construction practice of Sudan pipeline project this paper introduces the fundamental work as well as some advanced modes and methods of information documentation management in the course of putting project into practice in order to offer conferences.
