摘要
企业培训机构要做好培训项目过程管理,实现培训效果,应遵循四个原则即:项目管理的系统化、流程化、标准化和人性化。四个原则之间相互依存与渗透,体现了对培训规律的认知和尊重,体现了项目过程管理中对细节的管理要求。
Training institutions in enterprise should follow the following principles to well manage training project process management and realize training result： project management of system, process, standard and human. The dependence and permeation among the four principles reflected knowledge and respect of training rule, embodied detailed requirement in project process management.
