摘要
分析比较了几种现有进给机构的特性,说明了宏微复合进给机构的组成和工作原理,讨论了压电陶 瓷致动器的致动机理和制作时的注意事项。
The feed mechanism is playing an important role in precision and micro machining. The characteristics of current types of feed mechanism were analyzed. The structure and working principle of macro/micro complex feed mechanism were described. The theory in actuating piezoelectric ceramic actuator and the attention matters in making the actuator was discussed. The examples of the application of macro/micro complex feed mechanism in micro electro discharge machining were given.
