摘要
孕育孔子学说的鲁国与晋国在历史文化传统上存在着的巨大差异,导致主张"礼治"的孔子对晋国历史文化传统及现实的叛逆性格指责颇多,表现出二者尖锐的冲突性。集中论述孔子"礼治"思想与晋国文化产生冲突的来龙去脉,从中可以看出造成战国时期开始的儒、法之争的历史前因。
The great difference of the historical cultural tradition between Lu State giving birth to Confucius＇theory and J in State caused Confucius to criticize the rebellious character of the historical cultural tradition and current situation of Jin State many times. It shows their sharp conflict. The paper concentrates on expounding the ins and outs of the conflict between Confueius＇ thought of administering a country by norm of etiquette and the culture of Jin State. And then we can know the cause of the struggle beginning in the Warring States Period between Confucianists and Legalists.
