摘要
英国政府历来没有举行全国统一高校招生考试的传统,高校招生选拔的主要依据是学生通过各种类型学习所获得的资格证书。经过长期发展和演变,英国逐步形成完善的高校招生考试公共服务体系,其中政府、中介性考试机构和半官方的监管机构分工合作,各司其职,共同完成高校招生考试这一系统工程。英国高校招生考试公共服务体系的有效运行,保障了高等教育入学公平与效率,这对我国高校招生考试运行制度的改革具有启发和借鉴意义。
Traditionally, there have been no national entrance examinations to higher education institutions by the government, and universities admission requirements are mainly various types of qualifications. With their development and evolution, examinations to HE public service system came into being in the UK, in which the government, examinations bodies and regulatory bodies carry out the system project cooperatively. Successful implementation of the system insured equality and efficiency, which gives us enlightenment in the reform of implementation of entrance examinations to HEIs in our country.
