摘要
在计算卡森流体在钻具中的层流压降时,需要求解一个非线性方程,以往通常使用近似公式进行计算。对于求解这个非线性方程,提出了一个数值迭代算法,并对该算法的收敛性进行了证明,给出了最大迭代步数的上限值。理论分析和大量实际算例表明这种算法具有非常稳定的收敛性和非常快的收敛速度,并且能够给出压降的精确计算值。
When calculating the pressure loss of laminar flow for Casson fluid in drilling tools, there is a need for a nonlinear equation. It used to be calculate by approximate formula. In this paper, for solving this nonlinear equation, a numerical iterative algorithm is proposed, its convergence is proven, and the high limit of maximum iterative step is given. Theoretical analysis and a lot of practical examples show that the convergence o( this algorithrn is very stable, that its convergence rate is very fast, and that it can also give accurate calculation of the value of the pressure loss.
