摘要
采用线性回归算法和遗传算法对钻井液常用流变模式的参数进行求解。使用线性回归拟合出幂律、宾汉和卡森模式的参数,然后使用遗传算法对这三个模式的参数进行优选对比。对这两种方法结果进行对比表明:对于线性模式(如宾汉模式),遗传算法和线性算法的精度大致相当,但对非线性的流变模式(即幂律和卡森模式),遗传算法表现出独特的优势其拟合精度有较大的提高。
Both linear regression algorithm and genetic algorithm can be applied to calculating the parameters of rheology model used commonly in drilling fluid.These parameters among Power-law,Bingham and Carson models are fitted by linear regression algorithm.And then,they are correlated and optimized by means of genetic algorithm.All results obtained from two algorithms are compared and show that for linear model(such as Bingham model),the accuracy from both of them is roughly identical whereas for nonlinear models(like Power-law and Carson models),the accuracy from genetic algorithm is better than that from other one.
