摘要
普通环形交叉口仅适用于交通量不大的情况,随着交通量的迅猛增长,环形交叉口的拥堵情况时有发生。借助一定的交通仿真手段,寻求合理的优化配时方案是解决这一问题的有效方法。以西安市钟楼环形交叉口为例,借助VISSM交通仿真软件,寻求其优化配时方案,并对方案进行评价,分析结果表明该配时方案能有效地减少车辆延误,提高环形交叉口的通行能力,验证了VISSIM微观仿真软件应用于环形交叉口信号配时的可行性。
The ordinary ring intersection is only suitable for the situation with little traffic volume. Along with the fast increase of traffic volume, traffic jams often occur at ring intersections.Utilizing some traffic simulation techniques to seek a reasonable signal timing scheme is an effective method to solve this problem. Taking the ring intersection at Bell Tower of Xi'an as an example,optimized signal timing scheme is proposed with the help of traffic simulation software VISSIM, and then the scheme is evaluated. The results of analysis indicate the scheme can reduce the vehicle delay and improve the traffic capacity of the ring intersection effectively, which validate that applying microcosmic simulation software VISSIM in signal timing of ring intersection is feasible.
