摘要
翻译"目的论"认为文本可以分成四类,翻译行为所要达到的目的决定整个翻译行为的过程。政府网络文本按照内容可以划分为"表达型"和"感染型"文本,翻译团队应该充分了解委托人提出的翻译纲要,结合不同的文本类型,采用"文献型"和"工具型"翻译策略,制作出既符合委托人的翻译目的又能"忠诚"于目标语读者和源文的译文。
The Skopos theory holds that texts fall into four categories and the pro-pose of a translational act determines the whole process of the translation. According to the content, the texts on governmental websites can be classified into ＂expressive＂ and ＂ap- pellative＂ types. The translator should first have a full understanding of the requirement of the commissioner and produce a version not only catering to the purpose of the commissioner but also loyal to tat＇get language readers and the source text by employing text- type based ＂documentary＂ or ＂instrumental＂ strategies.
