摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,在对竞技运动公平竞争阐释的基础上,分析了科学技术、法律体系、商业化、职业化对竞技运动器物层面、制度层面和精神层面的影响,进而从包括体育行政管理、体育纪律、体育法律的硬控制和以体育道德为主的软控制角度,阐述了竞技运动的控制机制,旨在为竞技运动事业的发展、和谐社会的建立提供有益参考。
Using the research methods of literature and logical-demonstration, on the basic of define concept about fair play, the author has researched factors such as science technology, legal system, commercialization and professionalism, which affecting the fair play. The control mechanisms including sports administration, sports discipline, sports law and sports morality were analyzed. The main purpose is to provide the available and practical reference for the healthy and coordinate development of sports.
