摘要
对当代大学生进行体育美的培养是与现代体育运动的审美发展趋势相一致的。大学生在了解审美中的生理、心理控制、调节机制的前提下 ,注重体育教学中审美过程的培养 ,成长为身心健康 ,能独立面对社会挑战 ,并具有探索与创新精神的新世纪人才 ,真正实现体育教学的目的。
To develop college students' athletic aestheticism consists with the aesthetic tendency of modern athletic sports only on the basis of understanding the physiology.psychology and adjusting organization in aestheticism,students can be enabled to realize the importance of the development of aestheticism,and thus they can be enabled to grow up healthily both in body and in mind to face challenges independently,to become the new generation of the new century with explorative and creative spirits thus the aim in physical education can be really fulfilled.
