摘要
英语语音是英语表达意义的载体。语音发音不好,就不能很好地进行交际。由于受母语汉语发音的影响,中国人说英语时常常带着很重的汉语味,被人称之为中国英语(Chinglish),严重影响交际功能的实现。本文旨在分析中国人在英语发音时常常犯的错误和原因,并找出切实可行的解决方法。
This article deals with the prob-lem of English learners who suf-fer the ill effects of poor pronunciation,and demonstrates how such problems are bound to obstruct and prevent effective communication in English lan-guage environments. Chinese learners,more or less under the influence of native utterances,tend to speak English with a strong,distinct accent,resulting in a language often referred to as 'Chinglish';this forms a signifi-cant handicap to effective communication. Based on this premise,the essay first brings in focus the common phonetic errors Chinese learners are prone to. It then moves on,to an analysis of these errors,before leading to the logical conclusion,and setting forth the practical advice that points the way out.
