摘要
以2009年"大冬会"为契机,促进黑龙江省冰雪体育产业结构优化和升级,同时也是我省冰雪体育产业发展所面临的重要问题。本文在分析了我省冰雪体育产业发展存在的问题和研究加强冰雪体育产业发展必要性分析的基础上,就相应问题提出了具有实践意义和有价值的发展对策。
The winter sports industry in Heilongjiang province is in the critical stage. In this paper, on the study of the background, we analyze the disadvantageous factors that affect the development of the ice-snow industry, including the default of industry policy, the insufficiency in the development of upstream, and we raise the solutions accordingly.
