摘要
通过水培和大田施肥两种实验方法研究钾(K)对元宝枫叶色表达的影响,测其在各个浓度下对元宝枫叶片花色素苷、叶绿素、可溶性糖等指标的影响。结果表明:在变色前期对元宝枫增施钾肥可以明显地促进叶片中花色素苷和可溶性糖的积累。花色素苷和可溶性糖是叶片变红的指标性物质,但积累过多后会产生抑制作用,叶绿素则呈逐渐减少的趋势。在实际种植元宝枫时,在满足其他营养元素需要的同时,对每株直径约2~4 cm的树苗施用4 g左右的K元素可使其生长更健壮,叶色表达更鲜艳。
This experiment researched the influence and changing rules of potassium on Acer truncatum Bunge leaves' color expression through water-fostering and field-fertilizing and Acer truncatum Bunge leaves' pigmentation, chlorophyll a. dissolubility sugar at every concentration. Then through investigating experiment area's soil character and nature situation, we concluded that Acer truncaturn Bunge can promote clearly leaves pigmentation and dissolubility sugar 's accumulation through fertilizing additional potassium at changing color prophase. Pigmentation and dissolubility sugar are index substance of rubescent leaves and they may produce restrain effects if accumulating overly, at the same time, chlorophyll tended to drop off. During actual planting potassium, using 4 g potassium on every individual sapling that diameter is about 2 to 4 em can make potassium develop more hale and color expression more colorful on the basis of meeting the need of sapling's other nutrition elements.
