晋大62号×诱处4号杂种后代产量因子主成分分析 被引量:1

Study on the Yield Factors in the Descendants of Jinda62×Youchu4 by Principal Components Analysis

摘要 大豆自然异交率非常低,对晋大62×诱处4号杂交亲本及后代的产量性状进行分析,目的是对突变育种与杂交育种相结合的后代群体进行分析,并确定其中的高产品系。利用Excel、SPSS软件对后代的21个农艺性状进行了产量因子的主成分分析,从而概括出与单株产量显著相关的一些性状。结果表明:利用诱变材料做亲本配制杂交组合,其后代群体变异类型丰富,遗传基础广,基因重组类型多,在72个分析群体(包括2个亲本)中有7个品系是高产品系,50个中产品系,15个低产品系。杂交后代的高产品种的选育应选择单株荚数、有效分枝数、主茎粗、单株粒数、百粒重、主茎荚数等均具有明显优势的后代材料,以提高大豆育种工作的效率,尽早选育出符合育种目标的优良品种。 This study aims to ascertain which are high yield group, according to the study on 21 agronomic characters in the descendants of Jinda62 × Youchu4. Some traits were found to be significantly related with yield per plant by the correlation analysis, the principal components analysis and the cluster analysis with Excel and SPSS software. The resuits indicated that broad genetic background varied greatly and many recombination types existed in the hybrid descendants of mutagenic plants. And through the clustering of the principal component values, the population was divided into three groups: seven with high yield groups, 50 middle yield groups and 15 low yield groups. Choice the hybrids which have obvious advantage at pods per plant, the number of valid branch, the stem thickness, the seeds per plant, 100-seed weight and the number of stem pod, this method could improve breeding efficiency and choice of the proper hybrids earlier.
