摘要
本文从可持续发展的角度，讨论我国城市住宅面积标准和小汽车进入家庭问题，提出了适当控制住宅面积标准，限制小区内小汽车数量和修订城市建设用地标准和居住区规划设计规范的建议．
From the angle of urban sustainable development, this paper discusses the standard of living space of Chinese urban flat and family owning car. Suggestions are given in this paper that it is necessary to control the standard of living space properly. to limit car number in living communities, to revise the standard of urban land ues and the standard of planning and design of living area.
