摘要
针对目前上海中低收入家庭面临的居住困难,运用统计分析与理论分析相结合的方法,对城市居住结构中存在的问题进行了剖析,并提出了相应的建议,对我国大型城市面临的相关问题也有借鉴意义。
Aiming at the housing difficulties faced with the families with low-medium prices in Shanghai at present, apply the method of combination of statistical and theoretic analysis to dissect the problems existed in city dwelling structure and put forward the corresponding advices which is of great significance for reference for the relevant problems facing our large cities .
