前列腺疾病多期相CT扫描的诊断意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解前列腺疾病多期相螺旋CT扫描的诊断意义。方法采用平扫、动脉期(30s)、静脉期(65s)、实质期(95s)、延迟期(180s)对经病理或临床证实的16例前列腺增生、6例前列腺癌及4例无前列腺疾病患者进行多期相扫描,分析动态扫描CT表现,并进行比较。结果前列腺增生平扫CT值(35.7±3.5)HU,增强扫描动脉期CT值(50.7±10.4)HU,静脉期CT值(67.2±12.3)HU,实质期CT值(70.1±7.0)HU,延迟期CT值(68.8±8.2)HU,动态曲线呈缓升-平台型;前列腺癌平扫CT值(29.8±5.4)HU,增强扫描动脉期CT值(53.4±11.4)HU,静脉期CT值(51.2±7.8)HU,实质期CT值(52.6±7.2)HU,延迟期CT值(48.4±4.8)HU,动态曲线呈速升-缓降型;正常前列腺平扫CT值(38.5±1.3)HU,增强扫描动脉期CT值(39.5±6.2)HU,静脉期CT值(55.5±2.1)HU,实质期CT值(57.0±6.3)HU,延迟期CT值(56.0±5.7)HU,动态曲线也呈缓升-平台型,但强化程度较前列腺增生明显低。结论多期相动态扫描对前列腺增生、前列腺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要意义。
