摘要
为了满足机械密封型式试验及设计开发要求,研制并建立机械密封试验装置,模拟现场机械密封运转状态,获取现场条件下密封的各项参数。通过试验装置在线动态运转,观测密封的各项性能参数变化规律。试验装置包括机械系统和计算机数据采集与控制系统两部分。它的建立,为机械密封产品的性能评价和技术改造提供了有效手段。
For the requirements of mechanical seal type test and design development,a variable condition mechanical seal test device is set up.It simulated scene functioning state,each parameter which under the field condition seals are obtained.Through test equipment dynamic maintenance online,the sealing parameters change law is obtained.Test equipment including mechanical system and computer data acquisition control system two parts.Its established has provided the effective method for the mechanical seal product performance evaluation and the technological transformations.
