摘要
针对企业中普遍存在的营销人员激励和引导不足,导致销售业绩增长缓慢的迹象,提出了建立激励和约束机制,调动营销人员的积极性,充分发挥营销人员个体能力的同时,兼顾了发挥销售团队的作用,进而使得企业总体的销售业绩显著提高.
From the phenomenon that lots of enterprises lack of motivation and guidance to their sales teams,which causes the slow growth of their sales achievements.In order to raise the promotion of the enterprise obviously,it is necessary to set up motivation and controlling system,arouse vigour of sales team,fully use the individual's ability,at the same time utilize the function of sales team.
