摘要
根据药品稳定性试验的要求,本文采用高效液相色谱法研究铂抗癌药物顺铂在酸、碱、氧化和还原条件下的稳定性。研究结果表明顺铂在0.1mol/L HCl溶液中放置10小时含量降解约8%;在0.1mol/L NaOH溶液中放置10小时含量降解约25%;在0.3%H_2O_2溶液中放置10小时含量降解约95%;在0.01%NaHSO_3溶液中放置10小时含量降解约45%。结果说明在本试验条件下,顺铂在0.1mol/L NaOH、0.3%H_2O_2、0.01%NaHSO_3溶液中极不稳定,而在0.1mol/L HCl溶液中相对比较稳定。
Base on the requirement of the drug-stabiliy test,this article adopt HPLC method to research the stability of platinum-based anticancer drugs in acid,alkaline,oxidative and redutive conditions.The result shows that in 0.1mol/L HCl solution 10 hours,Cisplatin degenerated about 8%,25% in 0.1moL/L NaOH so- lution 10 hours,95% in 0.3% H_2O_2 solution 10 hours and 45% in 0.01%NaHSO_3 solution.It shows that in this test,Cisplatin is stable in 0.1 mol/L HCI solution,but unstable in 0.1 mol/L NaOH solution,0.3% H_2O_2 solution and 0.01% NariSO_3 solution.
