摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定了金属加工液中的苯并三氮唑。色谱柱为125 m m ×4-6 mm 的Spherisorb 氰基柱,流动相为含50 mmol/L 的KH2PO4 和30 % 甲醇的水溶液,检测波长为260 nm 。苯并三氮唑的回收率在97-8 % 以上,检测限为0-1 μg/ml。对苯并三氮唑质量浓度为74-8 μg/ml 的样品进行了10 次测定,标准偏差为0-2 。
Benzotriazole in metal processing solution is determined by high performance liquid chromatography.A 125×4.6 mm Spherisorb cyano column is used in this method and 30% (vol.) methanol with 50 mmol/L KH 2PO 4 is used as the mobile phase.The determination wavelength is 260 nm.The recovery of the method is more than 97.8% and the detection limit is 0.1 μg/ml.The standard deviation is 0.2 for the 10 determinations of sample with 74.8 μg/ml benzotriazole.
