摘要
情绪能力是以情绪智力为基础的一种习得能力,反映了个体通过学习掌握技能以及将这种技能应用到具体情景中的能力。儿童情绪能力各要素的发展表现出年龄差异和性别差异,能在一定程度上预测儿童社会能力的发展。儿童情绪能力研究的相关成果,不仅启示教育者在教育实践中应重视儿童情绪能力的培养,而且为教育者提供了教育实践的明确思路。
Emotional competence is a type of acquiring competence based on emotional intelligence, and a type of ability of acquiring skills through learning and applying those skills in specific situation. The development of all factors of emotional competence shows differences in age and gender, and can be used, to some extent, to predict the development children’s social competence. Results of the research in this field not only show the importance of cultivating children’s emotional competence, but also the direction of education.
