摘要
通过"研训一体"的方式对教师进行职后培养,同时又把这种职后培养与实验教育学院的创建相结合,进而实现教师培养在目标设定、课程设置、教学设计等方面的一体化。
Teachers training after profession is carried out by the way of integration of research and training, at the same time, it combines with the construction of experimental education college, then the integration of target setup, the curriculum establishenment, and teaching design of teachers training are realized.
