64排螺旋CTA与3D-TOF-MRA技术对比及对颅内动脉瘤的评估效果研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)与3D-TOF-MRA的技术特点及对颅内动脉瘤评估的效果。方法:对58例临床怀疑颅内动脉瘤患者分别进行64排螺旋CTA和MR血管成像(MRA)检查,同时进行数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,以DSA为标准,评估CTA与MRA显示动脉瘤的效果。结果:58例患者经DSA检查,57例阳性,发现动脉瘤73枚,CTA检查54例阳性,发现动脉瘤67枚,MRA检查52例阳性,发现动脉瘤63枚,CTA、MRA检查敏感性分别为91.8%、86.3%。结论:CTA、MRA可作为辅助DSA检查颅内动脉瘤的方法。 Objective: To discuss the technical characteristic of 64 slice spiral CTA and 3D-TOF-MRA and their inspection effect on intracranial aneurysms. Methods: The 58 chnical suspicions with intracranial aneurysms were examined by 64 slice spiral CTA and the MRA respectively, and had DSA inspection at the same time. With DSA as the standard, appraised effect of CTA and MRA on inspection of intracranial aneurysms. Results: The DSA inspection discovered 57 positive cases with 73 intracranial aneurysms in 58 patients; CTA inspection discovered 54 positive cases with 67 intracranial aneurysm; MRA discovered 52 positive cases with 63 intracranial aneurysm. The sensitivities were 91.8% and 86.3% respectively. Conclusion: CTA,MRA are assistant tools for DSA in inspecting intracranial aneurysms.
