细粒棘球绦虫的种内变异及对人体的致病性 被引量:2

摘要 以往主要是从形态学、生物学及生物化学的角度研究细粒棘球绦虫虫株之间的差异,目前从基因水平进一步证实了差异的存在。流行病学资料和分子生物学研究提示细粒棘球绦虫的羊株、牛株和鹿株对人具有致病性,而马株、骆驼株和猪株对人致病性很低或无致病性。
