摘要
本文用聚类分析的方法，对中国鼠疫苗生态型进行了数值分群的研究．得到了反映它们性状一致程度的聚类分群谱系．从而为进行中国鼠疫疾病地理区划，提供了一种病原地理的依据．此外，也为探讨“鼠疫菌种内变异及各菌型的亲缘关系尚不清楚”的问题［１］，提供了线索．
The paper presents the numerical classification research on Rattus flavipectus ecotype in China by assembling analysis method. Assembling classification pedigree that reflected the unanimity of their propeties was obtained. It provided a basis of pathogeny geography for the geographical division of Rattus flavipectus diseases and also provided leads for probing into the problem of intraspecific variation of Rattus flavipectus and the relations between different types.
