讨论了女性馆员因其自身特点在图书馆读者服务岗位上的优势以及所起的重要作用;女性馆员在图书馆中的低层次化;图书馆读者服务工作女性化存在的问题及改善措施。
The paper has discussed that female librarians play an important role in library reader service because of their ad-vantages and special features.Being in lower level tendency of most of female librarians,the paper has discussed the existing problems of female librarians in library reader service and its improvement measures.
