摘要 阀门的扭矩是相关设备安装时的重要参数,为了能够准确迅速测出该值,设计了一种基于电阻应变片的扭矩测量系统,它通过贴有电阻应变片的连接轴与工装配合,可实时读出扭矩数值,并应用到工程现场,测试结果精确,能够满足实际测量需求。 Valve torque is a key parameter of its capacity when installing related equipment. In order to measure the torque quickly and accurately, the torque measurement system based on the straingauge is designed. It matches with the installing equipment through the joint shaft on which the straingauge is stuck. The real-time torque can be obtained. While the system is used in the engineering field, the measuring results are accurate. So the system is able to meet the actually measuring demands.
