摘要
用水、乙醇、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、石油醚浸提裂盖马鞍菌子实体得不同溶剂的提取物,研究各溶剂提取物对黑腹果蝇寿命的影响,实验组培养基药物浓度分别为0.1、1、2、4g/L,对照组培养基不加药物。结果表明:与对照组相比,除乙酸乙酯提取物、石油醚提取物低浓度作用效果不明显外,其余不同溶剂提取物都能明显延长黑腹果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命(P<0.01),其中水提取物(多糖)作用效果最明显(P<0.01),可使黑腹果蝇平均寿命延长57.69%和最高寿命延长62.45%。
Helvella leucops per was extracted by water, ethanol, chlorofrom, ethyl acetate and petroleum ether respectively. Study the influence of five kinds of extraction of Helvella leucops per. on the life-span of Drosphila melangasters. In experimental groups,the medium contains four different drug concentration,0.1, 1, 2, 4 g/L, and no drug is added to the medium in contrast groups. The experimental result indicates, in comparison with the contrast groups,that the four kinds of extraction of helvells leucopus per with different density can prolong the average life and the highest life of Drosophila melanogaster,except for,the ertraction of ethyl acetate and petroleum ether low concentraction. The extraction of water （polysaccharid） is the manifestest one of all of them.it can prolong the average life and highest life of Drosphila melangasters57.69 %, 62.45 % respectively.
