摘要
采用细菌吞噬试验、体内淋巴细胞转化试验、血凝和血凝抑制试验来研究巴楚蘑菇多糖对鸡免疫功能的影响。结果显示:巴楚蘑菇多糖能够提高鸡白细胞的吞噬能力、淋巴细胞的转化率及抗体效价。结论:巴楚蘑菇多糖具有免疫增强作用。
In order to study the effects of different dosage of polyssacharide from Bachu mushroom on the immunoregulatory activity and the immuno functions of chicken inoculated by NDV vaccine combined with polyssacharide were determined by bacteria engulfing test,the lymphocytes transforming test,hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition test.The results showed that polyssacharide from Bachu mushroom could efficiently enhance engulfing ability of leucocytes,lymphocytes conversion ratio and antibody titer.The polyssacharide can improve the nonspecific and specific immune function.
