摘要
目的:观察脑电图双频谱指数、边缘频率与咪唑安定镇静作用的相关性。方法:选择30例ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,在部位麻醉下择期手术的成年病人,随机分为三组,每组10例,分别静注咪唑安定,其量为组Ⅰ:0.05mg·kg^(-1);组Ⅱ:0.1mg·kg^(-1);组Ⅲ:0.2mg·kg^(-1)。观察咪唑安定不同镇静程度时双频谱指数、95%边缘频率的监测结果,并分析其与镇静程度之间的相关性。结果:双频谱指数、95%边缘频率与咪唑安定的镇静程度明显相关(r值为0.86、0.73,P<0.01),尤其在起效阶段为明显。结论:脑电图双频谱指数和95%边缘频率可定量、准确地反映咪唑安定的镇静效果。
Objective: To analyse correlation of bispectral index,spectral edge frequency of electroencephalogram with midazolam-induced sedation. Method: 30ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ adult patients, undergoing elective surgery under regional anesthesia were randomly devided into three groups according to intravenous bolus doses of midazolam,i, e. group Ⅰ:0.05mg·kg^(-1),group Ⅱ:0.1mg·kg^(-1),group Ⅲ:0.2mg·kg^(-1). After an intravenous bolus dose of mida zolam was administered,both bispectral index (BIS), 95% spectral edge freguency (SEF) of electroencephalogram were monitored and their correlation with midazolam induced sedation was analysed. Result: Both BIS and 95% SEF-correlated with midazolam-induced sedation significantly (r= 0.86,0.73, P<0.01), especially during onset duration. Conclusion:Bispectral index, 95% spectral edge frequency can predict midazolam-induced sedation quantitatively and accurately.
