摘要
咪唑安定为新型的苯二氮类药物,具弱碱性(pKa=6.0)。由于其半衰期短,起效快,副作用小等特点,是目前最合适的作为麻醉诱导的安定类药物,临床已开始广泛使用。
Midazolam concentrations in serum were measured by reverse phase HPLC. Plasma aliquots of 0.5ml, to which diazepam was added as internal standard, were extracted with 8 ml diethylether under ba sic condition. The mobile phase consisted of 35% methanol, 35% acetonitrile and 30% water, to which n-butylamine 1.2 ml per litre of mobile phase was added. The UV absorbance detector was set at 220 nm. The linear range was 10～4800 μg/L and detect limit 10 μg/ml (r=0.9991).
