摘要
为了制定合理的跨流域调水水价,实现水资源优化配置,在分析水资源需求和供给关系的基础上,探讨了跨流域调水的水价定价策略。
In order to establish reasonable water price in inter-basin water transfer and realize the rational allocation of water resources,the policy to make a price for water in inter-basin water transfer was discussed based on the analysis of relationship between water resources supply and demand.
