摘要
目的为探讨体外超声波溶解血栓效应的最佳强度。方法取健康人全血标本163份,37℃恒温形成体外血栓,分组暴露血栓于800kHz的1.2W/cm2、1.8W/cm2和2.7W/cm2脉冲式超声波。计算血栓溶解率,血栓溶解液沉渣作光镜下血栓碎片监测。结果超声波具有明显的溶栓作用,三组超声强度的血栓溶解率分别为14.22±3.55%、21.23±3.94%和36.70±6.88%,随超声波强度加大,溶栓效应增强,二者间存在显著正相关(r=0.778,n=109)。镜检血栓溶解液颗粒均小于20μm。结论在一定条件下,超声波为一安全有效的溶栓措施,具有潜在的临床实用价值。
Objective It aimed to assess the relationship between ultrasonic energy and ultrasoundinduced thrombolysis and to select the best ultrasonic energy for thrombolysis.Methods 163 thrombi were formed in 37℃ by whole blood samples from the healthy volunteers.The thrombi,divided into different groups,were exposed to pulsed ultrasound of 800 kHz at 1.2,1.8,and 2.7 W/cm2.The rates of thrombi lysis were calculated and the samples of the thrombus solution were observed under a hight microscope for analysing particulate size.Results The thrombi lysis rates in three groups exposed to different ultrasonic energys were 14.22±3.55%,21.23±3.94% and 36.70±6.88% respectively.Ultrasoundinduced thrombolysis had a closely relationship with ultrasonic energy.With increase of ultrasonic power output,the lysis rate went higher and higher(r=0.778,n=109).The particulate sizes in the thrombus solution were under 20 μm in diameter.Conclusion Ultrasound has the potential to be one of the effective and safe methods for thrombolysis and could be used clinically in the near future.
