摘要
综述了超声波技术在化学化工、医学医药、食品工业、生物工程中的研究现状,重点介绍了超声波技术在有机合成、聚合反应、环境保护、超声诊断、超声治疗、药物的提取与合成、食品包装与设备、食品分析与检测、食品加工、基因工程、酶工程等方面的应用,并指出目前超声波研究存在的问题和今后工业化研究的重点。
The development status of ultrasound in chemical manufacture, pharmaceuticals, food and bio - technological production were reviewed. The applications of ultrasound in organic synthesis, polymerization, environmental protection, ultrasonography, ultrasonic therapy, medication extraction and synthesis, food packing and equipment, food analysis and inspection, food processing, gene engineering and enzyme engineering were introduced in detail. The current problems and focus for the applications of ultrasound technology in production scale were pointed out.
